Asia Resource Minerals plc (the "Company") confirms that on 31 July 2015, its issued share capital consists of 243,304,997 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 nominal value with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR").

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. 

This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
