As at 29 April 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists 59,794,380 ordinary shares of 1 pence, carrying one vote each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore as at 29 April 2022, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 59,794,380.

 

The above figure (59,794,380) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
