In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Sierra Rutile is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 1 December 2011, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 509,255,000 ordinary shares of no par value, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sierra Rutile under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
