John Wood Group PLC ("Company") - Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with DTR5.6.1 the Company's issued share capital consists of375,075,384 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyshares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is375,075,384. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest, to the Company under the FinancialConduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
