* Holders of the Company's Ordinary shares are entitled to one vote for every £2 of nominal capital held. Shares held in treasury carry no voting rights.
** Holders of the Company's 3.75% Cumulative Preference Stock are entitled to one vote for every £10 of nominal capital held.
The figure of 4,858,458 should be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as their denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
