Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 March 2019 consisted of 665,387,145 ordinary shares, (previously 665,387,145 ordinary shares as at 28 February 2019) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 665,387,145.

The above figure of 665,387,145 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
