The Company notifies the market that, as at 2 October 2013, the ordinary issued share capital of the Company consists of 521,465,041 ordinary shares and 5,234 treasury shares.

The total number of voting rights in QED is 521,465,041.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
