30 April 2012 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market, in conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, of the following:

As of 30 April 2012, the Company's capital consists of 1,029,003,547 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each with voting rights and 20 deferred shares of 10 US cents each which have no voting rights. Experian plc holds 23,995,602 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Experian plc is 1,005,007,945.

The figure of 1,005,007,945 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
