In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 29 January 2021, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 222,293,057 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.
The increase from 222,255,324 Ordinary 50p shares on 29 January 2021 is due to the issue of 37,733 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Vistry Group PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury.
