In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules DTR 5.6.1 we hereby notify that the company's issued share capital consists of:
Issued shares 1,158,299,201 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('shares')
Shares held in Treasury 92,732,927 shares
Voting Rights As a result, the total number of voting rights in Taylor Wimpey plc is the net of these two figures, that is 1,065,566,274 shares.
The above figure of 1,065,566,274 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, shares of Taylor Wimpey plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
