At the close of business, month end July 31st, 2013, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprised 22,959,065 Ordinary Shares, all with voting rights.

The above figure (22,959,065 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
