The total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company as at the date of this announcement is 698,384,165. There are currently nil shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 698,384,165. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
