TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The following notification is made in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
As at the close of business on 29 June 2012, SOCO's capital consisted of 340,954,315 ordinary shares of £0.05 each with voting rights. SOCO currently holds 9,072,268 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in SOCO is 331,882,047.
The above figure (331,882,047) may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SOCO International plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
