Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that at 30 November 2019 the Company's capital consisted of 26,873,908 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 30 November 2019 was 26,873,908.
The above figure of 26,873,908 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mattioli Woods under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
