Total voting rights
In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Energy Assets Group plc (LSE: EAS.L), the largest independent provider of industrial and commercial (I&C) gas metering services in the UKi advises that, as at the date of this announcement, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company now consists of 27,787,610 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Energy Assets Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The increase in the ordinary share capital results from the issue of 5,000 ordinary shares in connection with the exercise of share options under an employee share scheme as announced on 12 June 2015.
