Total Voting Rights

London, 22 September 2011: Ophir notifies the market that, following the exercise of share options and warrants, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 326,394,581 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. 

Therefore, as at 22 September 2011, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 326,394,581.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR").

This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1A (1).
