In conformity with section 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

The Company's issued capital consists of 300,055,975 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights attached. Of these, no Ordinary Shares are held exclusive of voting rights in Treasury at the date of this announcement.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Equiniti Group plc is 300,055,975.

The figure of 300,055,975 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Equiniti Group plc under the DTRs.
