Total Voting Rights

As at the date of this announcement Tricor's issued share capital consists of 7,142,017,003 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Tricor is therefore 7,142,017,003.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
