Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:
Alternative Networks plc has recently issued 117,951 new shares in connection with its Alternative Networks plc 2006 Employee Share Option Scheme and 8,400 in connection with its Alternative Networks 2004 Employee Share Option Scheme. This has had the effect that the Company's capital now consists of 45,724,606 ordinary 0.125p shares with voting rights. Alternative Networks holds 1,000,000 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Alternative Networks plc is 44,724,606

The above figure 44,724,606 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Alternative Networks plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. |
