Total Voting Rights

INTU PROPERTIES PLC (the "Company") VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of thefollowing: During June 2013, the Company allotted 10,693,407 ordinary shares in connectionwith the Scrip dividend alternative to its 2012 final dividend, and 21,993ordinary shares in order to satisfy the exercise of employee share options. Asa result, the Company's issued share capital as at 28 June 2013 consists of966,994,656 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting rights. The Companydoes not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is966,994,656. The above figure of 966,994,656 may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required tonotify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under theFCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
