VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:
Printing.com plc's share capital consists of 44,993,465 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'), with voting rights. Printing.com plc holds 618,702 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Printing.com plc is 44,374,763.
The figure of 44,374,763 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Printing.com plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
