Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, we would like to notify the market of the following: Consort Medical's capital consists of 28,851,875 ordinary shares of 10p each admitted to trading with voting rights as at 31 July 2008.  The above figure (28,851,875) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Consort Medical Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
