Euromoney Institutional InvestorPLC29 June 2007 Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC - voting rights and capital update In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 wewould like to notify the market of the following: Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC's capital has increased from 102,957,080ordinary shares with voting rights as previously stated on May 31 2007 to102,965,080, as a result of the issue of new shares from the exercise of shareoptions. Each of the International Depositary Receipts (IDRs) issued by BanqueInternationale a Luxembourg, as depositary agent under the IDR arrangement withthe Company, equates to one underlying ordinary share in the capital ofEuromoney Institutional Investor PLC. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Euromoney Institutional InvestorPLC is 102,965,080.
