Go-Ahead Group PLC02 May 2007 The Go-Ahead Group plc Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, TheGo-Ahead Group plc ("Go-Ahead") is required to notify the market of thefollowing: As at 30 April 2007, Go-Ahead's capital consisted of 46,537,814 ordinary sharesof 10p each, with voting rights. The Company also held 4,902,230 ordinary sharesin Treasury with no voting rights. The above figure of 46,537,814 may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in Go-Ahead under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
