Signet Jewelers Limited - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Signet Jewelers Limited (the "Company") announces the following:

On 30 September 2015 the Company had an issued share capital of 87,182,055 common shares of US$0.18 each, consisting of 454,667 shares held in UK Treasury and 7,243,118 shares held in US Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 79,484,270.

The above figure of 79,484,270 may be used by shareholders as the denominator when calculating their interests in the Company, for the purpose of determining whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
