IP Group PLC31 May 2007 IP Group plc Voting Rights and Capital IP Group plc announces that, for the purposes of the provisions of the FinancialServices Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number ofordinary shares of 2 pence each of IP Group plc in issue as at the date of thisnotice is 250,291,965 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in IP Group plc is therefore 250,291,965.
