Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 September 2008, the Company's issued share capital consists of 336,361,480 ordinary shares of 0.01p with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figure (336,361,480) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, HICL under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
