3i Group PLC29 February 2008 3i Group plc Total voting rights Following an allotment of shares under The 3i Group Share Incentive Plan on 29February 2008, 3i Group plc (the "Company") had 382,726,868 issued ordinaryshares of 73 19/22p each admitted to trading on a regulated or prescribedmarket. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to allcircumstances at general meetings of the Company. The Company does not hold anyordinary shares in treasury.
