National Express Group PLC02 January 2008 National Express Group PLC ('NEG') - Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we wouldlike to notify the market of the following: As at 31st December 2007 the issued share capital of NEG consists of 154,627,671 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights. The total shares in issue have increased from 154,626,389 as at 30th November2007 to 154,627,671 shares as at 31st December 2007 as a result of shares issuedto satisfy the exercise of share options by employees. NEG holds 1,825,000 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number ofvoting rights in NEG is 152,802,671 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The above figure (152,802,671) may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, NEG under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
