Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy and wealth management business, announces that at 31 July 2013 the Company's capital consists of 19,771,141 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 31 July 2013 is 19,771,141. 

The above figure of 19,771,141 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mattioli Woods under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
