Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Findel advises that, as at 31 March 2011, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company consists of 1,718,850,664 ordinary shares of 5.00 pence each of which 22,702,214 ordinary shares are held as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Findel is 1,696,148,450. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Findel under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
