In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

 

As at the date below, the Company's issued share capital consists of 263,182,760 ordinary shares of 61.05p each, with 5,628 shares held in treasury.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pennon Group plc is 263,177,132 shares which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pennon Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
