Total Voting Rights
The Company would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's share capital as at 30 January 2009 consists of 9,999,562 ordinary shares of 1p each, all with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights at that date is 9,999,562.
Shareholders may use the above figure of 9,999,562 ordinary shares of 1p each as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
