Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (namely DTR 5.6.1), SkyePharma PLC (LSE: SKP) confirms that as at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 23,943,162 ordinary shares of £1.00 each with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 23,943,162.
The above figure (23,943,162) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
