Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, The Davis Service Group Plc ("the Company") is required to notify the market of the following:

At the date of this announcement, the number of shares issued by the Company, which are listed on the Official List and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities, is 171,443,118 ordinary shares of 30 pence each, of which 1,025,000 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 170,418,118. |
The above figure of 170,418,118 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
