Total Voting Rights

London Capital Group announces that its issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 380,531,519 ordinary shares of 5p nominal value each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 379,531,519.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
