Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 33,425,773. The Company currently holds 64,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury which do not carry voting rights and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 33,361,773.

The above figure of 33,361,773 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change totheir interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
