TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1R, USF advises the market of the following:
That, as at 31 October 2019, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 200,041,775 ordinary shares each with voting rights, and as at 31 October 2019 no shares are held in treasury by the Company.
The total number of voting rights in USF is herefore 200,041,775 (the "Voting Rights Figure").
The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

About US Solar Fund plc
US Solar Fund plc listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange in April 2019, following its successful US$200m IPO. The Company's investment objective is to provide investors with attractive and sustainable dividends with an element of capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of solar power assets in North America and other OECD countries in the Americas.
The Company will acquire or construct, own and operate solar power assets that are expected to have an asset life of at least 30 years and generate stable and uncorrelated cashflows by selling electricity to creditworthy offtakers under long-term power purchase agreements (or PPAs).
