Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 11 November 2014, the total issued share capital of the Company comprised 2,918,424,011 ordinary shares (including 137,488,873 ordinary shares held in treasury). The total number of voting rights of the Company is 2,780,935,138 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
