The following replaces the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC announcement released on 2 January 2015 at 09.35 with RNS Number 1445B. The previous announcement indicated that the Total Voting Rights of the Group were 275,361,948 instead of the correct number of 278,835,939. All other information remains unchanged.

Total Voting Rights

Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) today announces that in conformity with the Transparency Directive, Brewin Dolphin's capital as at 31 December 2014 consists of 278,835,939 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brewin Dolphin 278,835,939.

The above figure 278,835,939 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Brewin Dolphin under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
