Total Voting Rights

The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 31st July 2017 at 12.09pm under RNS no 5895M:

"The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 484,933,872" not "The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 484,993,872".

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company advises that:

As at 30 June 2017, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 484,933,872 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 484,933,872. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
