Correction of Previous Total Voting Rights Disclosure

Dated: 16 March 2011

The Company published a Total Voting Rights Announcement on 29 October 2010. This contained typographic errors as to the number of shares in issue. It should have disclosed a total number of ordinary 0.1p shares ("Shares") in issue of 237,638,071; the original announcement quoted a figure of 237,438,072.

The Company subsequently issued a further 30,000,000 Shares on 21 December 2010. The Total Voting Rights announcement subsequently made on 31 December 2010 reflected the original error, showing a figure of 267,438,072; the correct figure should have been 267,638,071.

Therefore, in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company has 267,638,071 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 267,638,071 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
