Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Work Group notifies the market of the following:

As at 1 February 2011, the Company's capital consists of 28,622,473 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 673,335 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 27,949,138.

The above figure of 27,949,138 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
