Total Voting Rights

The Company announces the issue of 2,500 new ordinary shares of no par value, following receipt of notice of a warrant exercise of 10,000 warrants. Application has been made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ('Admission'). Admission is expected to occur on or around 16 April 2020.

Following Admission, the Company announces that, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 40,832,500 ordinary shares of no par value each carrying voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The Total Voting Rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
