Workspace Group PLC - Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1 R) Workspace Group PLC is required to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 October 2008 the issued share capital of Workspace Group PLC ('Workspace') consists of 174,352,807 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 10 pence each, with voting rights. Workspace does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in Workspace is 174,352,807.
The above figure of 174,352,807 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Workspace under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
