Total Voting Rights

The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 30 June 2017 at 11.15am under RNS No 7382J. 

The total number of voting rights in the company and the total number of shares in issue announced today is correct as at 30 June 2017, instead of 30 July 2017.

All other details remain unchanged.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Dairy Crest Group plc hereby notifies the market that on 30 June 2017 the total number of voting rights in the company is 141,075,655 the total number of shares in issue is 141,075,655, each with a nominal value of 25p. No shares are held in treasury.

The above figure (141,075,655) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Dairy Crest Group plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure & Transparency Rules.
