Total voting rights and capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") notifies the market that, as at 28 May 2010, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 58,794,781 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. Of these, 572,230 ordinary shares are held in treasury and therefore the total number of ordinary shares in Caledonia with voting rights in issue is 58,222,551 shares.

The above figure of 58,222,551 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or changes to their interests in, Caledonia under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
