Next Fifteen Communications Group plc ('Next Fifteen' or the 'Company') announces that as at 31 July 2012, the Company's issued share capital consists of 58,148,961 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 58,148,961 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Next Fifteen under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
