Total Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that as at 28 May 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 332,192,361 ordinary shares, each with voting rights, with no shares held in treasury by the Company.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 332,192,361 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

About US Solar Fund plc
US Solar Fund plc, established in 2019, is listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange in April 2019 with a market capitalisation of approximately $340m. The Company's investment objective is to provide investors with attractive and sustainable dividends with an element of capital growth by owning and operating solar power assets in North America and other OECD countries in the America.
The solar power assets that the Company acquires or constructs are expected to have an asset life of at least 30 years and generate stable and uncorrelated cashflows by selling electricity to creditworthy offtakers under long-term power purchase agreements (or PPAs).
