RPC Group Plc's issued share capital consists of ordinary 5p shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in RPC Group Plc is 414,993,427

The above figure may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RPC Group Plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
